Solution :

We have to find the largest fraction in each group.

a).
$(5)/(6)$ and
$(29)/(36)$

$(5)/(6)$ → when we divide the number 5 with 6, we get 0.833

$(29)/(36)$ → when we divide 29 by 36, we get the value 0.805

Therefore, in this group,
$(5)/(6)$ is the largest fraction.

b).
$(5)/(12)$ and
$(3)/(8)$

$(5)/(12)$ → when we divide the number 5 with 12, we get 0.416

$(3)/(8)$ → when we divide 3 by 8, we get the value 0.375

Therefore, in this group,
$(5)/(12)$ is the largest fraction.

c).
$(2)/(5)$ and
$(19)/(45)$

$(2)/(5)$ → when we divide the number 2 with 5, we get 0.40

$(19)/(45)$ → when we divide 19 by 45, we get the value 0.42

Therefore, in this group,
$(19)/(45)$ is the largest fraction.

d).
$(5)/(7)$,
$(13)/(14)$ and
$(19)/(21)$

$(5)/(7)$ → when we divide the number 5 with 7, we get 0.714

$(13)/(14)$ → when we divide 13 by 14, we get the value 0.928

$(19)/(21)$ → when we divide 19 by 21, we get the value 0.904

Therefore, in this group,
$(13)/(14)$ is the largest fraction.
