Competitive Sport Requirement
Your school board is considering adopting a new rule that requires every student to play at least one competitive sport in order to graduate from high school.
Do you think this is a good idea? Why or why not? Write a letter to persuade members of the school board that they should or should not adopt this rule.
Remember, your letter will be scored based on how well you
develop a multi-paragraph response to the assigned topic that clearly communicates your claim to the audience;
support your claim with arguments/reasons and sufficient details;

use well-structured sentences and appropriate language for your audience;
edit your work to conform to the conventions of standard American English.
