Here we have the system of inequalities

x - y ≥ -4

x + y ≤ 2

First we can write both inequalities as lines in slope-intercept form, we will get:

y ≤ x + 4

y ≤- x + 2

So just graph these two lines with solid lines (due to the symbols ≤ used)

And y must be smaller than the lines, so we need to shade the region below the lines, we will get:
