For a moving object, the force acting on the object varies directly with the object's acceleration. when a force of 40 N acts on a certin object, the acceleration of the object is 4 m/s². If the acceleration of the object becomes 9 m/s², what is the force?

Answer: m=10kg and F=90N

Explanation:

actually, this is physic

F= 40N

F=ma is the formula

F is force

m is mass

a is acceleration

m=?

we need to find m so m is shifted to the left side

m=F/a

m= 40N/4 m/s²

Mass unit is described in kg

m= 10kg

F=?

F=ma

F= 10kg x 9 m/s²

F=90N

Hope you understand this

If the acceleration is 9 m/s², using the same mass of 10 kg we calculated earlier, the force would be F=ma, so F=10 kg * 9 m/s² = 90N. So the force would be 90 Newtons.
