To freeze the top four rows in Excel for continuous visibility while scrolling, follow these steps:

Open your Excel worksheet containing the data.

Select the row below the fourth row (if your data starts from row 5, for instance).

Navigate to the "View" tab on the Excel ribbon.

Click on the "Freeze Panes" dropdown in the "Window" group.

From the dropdown menu, select "Freeze Panes." This action will freeze all rows above the selected row, making them constantly visible while scrolling.

By doing this, the top four rows, including row titles or headers, will remain fixed at the top of the Excel window as you scroll through the rest of the data, providing easy reference and maintaining context while working with your spreadsheet.
