Answer:y - 2 = 9 (x - 1)

Distribute the right side of the equation

y - 2 = 9x - 9

Slope Intercept form is y = mx + b so we need to keep y by itself and move everything else over.

y = 9x - 9 - 2

Combine and your slope intercept form of the given information is

y = 9x -11
