The calculated side length of the rhombus is 8.60 cm

How to determine the side length of the rhombus

From the question, we have the following parameters that can be used in our computation:

The rhombus

Also, we have the diagonals of the rhombus to be

10 cm and 14 cm

The diagonals of a rhombus are perpendicular to each other

This means that we can use the Pythagoras theorem

Representing the side length with l, we have

l² = (14/2)² + (10/2)²

l² = 74

Take the square root of both sides

l = 8.60

Hence, the side length of the rhombus is 8.60 cm
