It is to be noted that the measure of the above obtuse angle can be estimated to be 135°.

To bisect the obtuse angle, you need to place your compass on A, place an arc above A and B but let it be in the middle as show in the image.

Without changing the calibration of the compass, place it on B and repeat. from the intersection between both arcs, draw a Straightline toward C. This will bisect the obtuse angle.
