short term goal: i will workout 20 minutes everyday this week
three goals i would like to achieve during personal fitness training is to eat healthier, lose 5 pounds, and share this experience with others
i would rather play a sport in order to lose weight
some activities for weight control are eating healthier, walking/running, and working out
i would like to train with a partner this way i will be able to share my experiences with them

1. eating healthier or limits at least 2. personally id say to become stronger and work out 5 days a week 3. excerise it would be more effective 4. jogging, swimming, dancing 5. training with someone would be a great help and you can learn alot from them to become more successful
