After six years son's age will be 20 years.

Let the present age of the son be x. Then, the present age of the father is (60 - x).

Six years ago, the father's age was (60 - x) - 6 = 54 - x, and the son's age was x - 6.

The information in the question can be translated into the following equation:

(54 - x) = 5(x - 6)

Simplifying the equation:

54 - x = 5x - 30

Combining like terms:

54 + 30 = 6x

Solving for x:

84 = 6x

Therefore, x = 14, which is the son's present age.

Son's age after 6 years:

(x + 6) years = (14 + 6) years = 20 years

Question:-
