Help me determine the slope (rate of change) and the y intercept (initial value) for this shown! You can use the formula y = mx + b or m = y2-y1/x2-x

Answer:

y=0.25x+10

Explanation:

Let's take the points (80,30) and (100,35) using the formula y2-y1/x2-x1 (rise/run) we can find the slope. This becomes (35/30)/(100-80)=5/20=0.25

Then we plug this to the point (80,30)

This is 30=0.25(80)+b

30=20+b

b=10

We put everything together and the equation of the line is y=0.25x+10
