There is one bike wheel tied up in a rope if you drop it ...it falls

This Question ask how do you make the wheel beat physics Gravity / how to make it fly into the air?
The only thing you have is one bike wheel and a rope

So how do you make it not fall?

To make it not fall is you start pushing the ture so it speeds up and then it wont fall whilst the tire is moving
