Explanation:

The line will intercept through 1 on the Y axis.

Slope 5/3 means that for every 3 units to the right, there is a movement 5 units upwards.

So, on a graph without a y-intercept, it would pass through the origin (0,0) and pass through (3,5)

Since there is however as y-intercept that is +1 the entire line moves up one unit.

So, it will intercept at (0,1) and (3,6).
