It is not linear, we have an absolute value graph.

To know if a graph is linear, then we must have a single straight line. In this graph we can see that we have a "V" shape graph. So, while we can see that we have two "lines", the graph itself is not linear, because we don't have a single line.

This would be an absolute value graph.
