y-9.4=-5(x+3)

Explanation:

Point slope format goes like this:

y-y cord =slope (x-x cord)

However you need to rember it could be a + sign instead of the -. Always rember that its backwards if the x cord is negative then it would be(x +x cord. ) The x cord is the first number in the pair and the y cord is next.
