(ii) have secured atleast 60% marks in graduation in any discipline.
(iii) have secured atleast 65% marks in the post-graduate degree/diploma in personnel management/hr
(iv) have post qualification work experience of atleast five years in the personnel/hr department of an organization.
(v) have secured atleast 50% marks in the selection process. however, in the case of a candidate who satisfies all the above conditions except

(a) (ii) above but has secured atleast 55% marks in graduation in any discipline and atleast 70% marks in postgraduate, degree/diploma in personnel management/hr the case is to be referred to gm-hr
(b) (iv) above but has post qualification work experience of atleast four years out of which atleast two years as deputy manager-hr the case is to be referred to president-hr in each question below are given details of one candidate.
