The table is as follows

x y

-6 6

-3 5

0 4

3 3

6 2

How to make a table for the equation y=-(1)/(3)z+4

assuming x = z we have y = -1/3 x + 4

For x = -6

y = -1/3 (-6) + 4 = 6

For x = -3

y = -1/3 (-3) + 4 = 5

For x = 0

y = -1/3 (0) + 4 = 4

For x = 3

y = -1/3 (3) + 4 = 3

For x = 6

y = -1/3 (6) + 4 = 2
