Answer:

(-4,5) x = -4 and y = 5

use y = mx + c formula

so 5 = 3/4 (-4) +c

5 = -3 + c

5 + 3 = c

so c = 8

y = 3/4x + 8

Answer:

y = 3/4 x + 8

Explanation:

y-5 = 3/4 (x-(-4)

y - 5 = 3/4 (x+4)

y - 5 = 3/4 x + 3

Y = 3/4 x + 3 + 5

y = 3/4 x + 8
