cos(30^\circ)=(√(3))/(2)


tan(30^\circ)=(sin(30^\circ))/(cos(30^\circ))=((1)/(2))/((√(3))/(2))=(1)/(√(3))=(√(3))/(3)

A reminder that a point on the unit circle is
(cos\theta,sin\theta), so it makes sense that if
\theta=30^\circ, the point on the unit circle should be
(cos30^\circ,sin30^\circ)\rightarrow((√(3))/(2),(1)/(2))
