Answer: y = 1/2x + 5

Explanation:

3x-6y= -30

Step 1: Subtract 3x to cancel it out and put it on the other side.

3x-6y= -30 -3x

- 3x

After doing that, the equation should look like this: -6y = -3x - 30

Step 2: Divide by -6 to get y alone

-6y/-6= (-3x - 30)/-6

Step 3: Solve

After dividing everything by -6, we get our answer!!

y = 1/2x + 5
