Yes, the graph represents a function.

The domain of the function is {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7}

The range of the function is {1, 4, 6}.

In Mathematics, a vertical line test is a technique which is used to determine whether or not a given relation is a function.

According to the vertical line test, a vertical line must cut through the x-coordinate (x-axis) on the graph of a function at only 1 point, in order for it to represent a function. Else, the relation does not represent a function because it can only have one output value (y) for a unique input value (x).

In this context, we can reasonably and logically deduce that this graph represents a function because it passed the vertical line test and its points are uniquely mapped to each other.

Based on the graph, the domain (x-values from left to right) and range (y-values from bottom to top) include;

Domain ={0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7}

Range = {1, 4, 6}.
