HELP PLEASE!!! Which equation can be used to calculate the area of the shaded triangle in the figure below?

A rectangle is shown with a width of 8 ft and a length of 14 ft. There is a diagonal line through the rectangle, and the bottom half is shaded in grey.

2(14 + 8) = 44 square feet
1 over 2.(14 + 8) = 11 square feet
2(14 × 8) = 224 square feet
1 over 2.(14 × 8) = 56 square feet
