Answer: Alexander Hamilton

Step-by-step explanation:

Hamilton's great aim for the U.S was a more efficient organization, while Jefferson once said "I am not a friend to a very energetic government." which would mean he wanted a more loose country.

Hamilton feared anarchy and usually thought in different terms of order hence why he and the Federalists believed in a strong central government because it would help the U.S in the situation they were in at the time (the U.S was in debt after their revolution against Great Britain), and that a good central government would lead the U.S to be a wealthy and strong nation. While Jefferson feared tyranny and thought of terms of freedom which is why he and the Democratic- Republicans would believe the states should have more power and argue that too much power in the hands of the federal government would lead to tyranny.
