Pg3.) The endocrine system is made up of glands that controls hormones, metabolism, energy level, emotional response, fertility and sexual function, and growing and development. The organs that is composed of this system are Hypothalamus (gland in your brain that controls the endocrine system), Pituitary (creates hormones), Thyroid (your metabolism located in your neck), Parathyroid (controls the amount of calcium), Adrenal (sexual development and response to stress), Pineal (melatonin), Pancreas (makes hormones that control your blood sugar), Ovaries (female sex organ), and Testes (male sex organ).
