Which statement best explains how the third-person omniscient point of view affects "To Build a Fire"?

It uses the pronoun "you" to place the reader directly in the story, which adds to the theme of loneliness in nature.

It gives the reader access to only the man's thoughts and feelings, which makes the reader realize how overconfident he is.

It allows the reader to see the contrast between the dog's sensible thoughts and the man's illogical thoughts.

It allows the reader to experience the story through the man's view, which allows readers to feel compassion for this character.

I believe the third one is your best bet for it. To me it makes the most sense.

I’d say that the second and third ones are both very good answers but I believe that the third one is the best because it talks about the fact that the man’s thoughts are illogical and the contrast with the dog while the second one only talks about the man’s thoughts
