y=4x-5

Explanation:

the slope intercept equation is y=mx+b

m=slope and b=y intercept

the slope is the change in y over the change in x and as y goes up 8 x goes over one 8/2=4 so the slope (m) is 4

The y intercept is at (0,-5) so b is -5

if we add it all together we get that the slope intercept equation is y=4x-5
