You and your partner will need to determine each other’s heart rate before and after exercise as well as
each other’s recovery period. Your teacher will let you know what materials are available. You and your
partner should plan your investigation around these.

vessels in your wrist or neck. Depending on the individual, sometimes one area is better for feeling pulse
