"Maybe a cup of self control" idiom or metaphor

"I can make you feel alive" might be considered a hyperbole but it could be personification since the voice of the coffee is talking technically. Also, I guess all of the chorus could be considered personification...

"But it feels better to check than to reflect" might be a metaphor
