The total meters in all that were used of the three fabrics is 21,550

How many meters in all were used of the three fabrics?

Cotton = 11,650 meters

Silk = 11,650 meters - 4,950 fewer meters

= 6700 meters

Wool = 6700 meters - 3,500 fewer meters

= 3200 meters

Total meters of fabrics used = cotton + silk + wool

= 11,650 meters + 6700 meters + 3200 meters

= 21,550
