Describe how you would write an equationof the line in ponit slope form that goes through the points (3,-5) and (-2,10)

10-(-5)= m(-2-3)

Explanation:

The equation for point slope form is y- y1= m (x- x1)

You would plug in the numbers so y = y coordinate of second point which the second point is (-2,10). The y coordinate is 10. Then, since y1 = y coordinate of the first point the first point being (3,-5), the y1 is -5. You do the same thing with x and x1 being -2 and 3. So the equation should look like this:

10-(-5)= m(-2-3)
