Explanation:

The table must have a constant rate of change on both sides. Table B goes up by 2, then 2, then 3, which breaks the pattern (this is in the y-axis).

Table C goes up by 3, then 4, then 4, which is ALSO an inconsistent pattern (in the x-axis). Table D goes up by 2, then 1, then 2, which is also inconsistent (y-axis).

This leaves Table A, which has a consistent pattern on both sides.
