Explanation:

First of all, I multiplied both sides by 5.

8 x 5 is 40, and 13 x 5 is 65.

This gives 65/40

Now, I divide 65 and 40 by 8.

65/8 is 8.1

and 40 divided by 8 is 5.

So the answer is 8.1/5
