Answer:

(m - 2)² + (11 - 3)² = 10²

(m - 2)² + 8² = 10²

(m - 2)² + 64 = 100

(m - 2)² = 36

m - 2 = ±6

m = -4, 8

m1 = (11 - 3)/(8 - 2) = 8/6 = 4/3

y - 11 = (4/3)(x - 3)

y - 11 = (4/3)x - 4

y = (4/3)x + 7

3y = 4x + 21

-4x + 3y = 21

4x - 3y = -21

m2 = (11 - 3)/(-4 - 2) = 8/-6 = -4/3

y - 11 = (-4/3)(x - 3)

y - 11 = (-4/3)x + 4

y = (-4/3)x + 15

3y = -4x + 45

4x + 3y = 45
