How to solve the system of inequalities?
We have the system of linear inequalities:
y < -x + 4
y > 2x -5
To find the solution set, we need to graph both linear inequalities in the same coordinate axis.
To graph each inequality we need to graph the two lines:
y = -x + 4
y = 2x - 5
With dashed lines, and then shade the region below the first line and above the second line. The solution set is the intersection between the two shaded regions.
