Yes, in my opinion as humans, the relationships we form with other people are vital to our mental and emotional well-being and even our survival. That's because healthy relationships, whether romantic, friendships or familial, can help make life healthier. Focus on having a network of social support.
Human beings prevent isolation and loneliness and give you a chance to offer needed companionship, too. Human beings can also: Increase your sense of belonging and purpose. Boost your happiness and reduce your stress.
Human beings cannot and do not live in isolation.
