The pyramid of number shown in the image depicts that the producer which forms the base of the pyramid is small in number compared to the primary consumer and the secondary consumer.

B is incorrect because a pyramid with a large producer forming the base will have a broader base and the rest of the pyramid will be progressively smaller as we move up.

C and D are not correct because parasites and interspecific competitions don't reflect in a pyramid of number.
