Answer:

The constitution was founded on the basic principles derived from the greeks and various philosophical figures. The goals were to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic transquily, and many more fundamental human rights. Specifically, in the Union and other governments, there was a significant lack of check on the governments and the institutions that controlled the people. So article I perfectly and elastically forms a perfect union by the creation of the legislative branch which is integral towards checks and balances as well as representing the people. Article I is a direct representation of a more perfect union with representing and democracy being handed to the people for the people. For that reason, the powers granted by Article I create a more perfect Union that represents the people and the process by which laws are made and the powers declared by congress.
