So article I perfectly and elastically forms a perfect union by the creation of the legislative branch which is integral towards checks and balances as well as representing the people. Article I is a direct representation of a more perfect union with representing and democracy being handed to the people for the people. For that reason, the powers granted by Article I create a more perfect Union that represents the people and the process by which laws are made and the powers declared by congress.
