Substitute-2 for x in the equation and get 2•-2=-4 then subtract 3 from -4, -4-3=-7 so the answer is -7

To Find :

  • f(-2) = ?

Solution :

As, f(x) = 2x - 3

Therefore, f(-2) = 2(-2) - 3


\sf : \implies f(-2) = 2(-2) - 3


\sf : \implies f(-2) = - 4 - 3


\sf : \implies f(-2) = - 7

Hence, value of f(-2) is - 7.
