The point I(-2/3, -1/3) on the coordinate plane is added as an attachment

Graphing the points on the coordinate plane.

From the question, we have the following parameters that can be used in our computation:

I(-2/3, -1/3)

So, we have

x = -2/3

y = -1/3

Using the above as a guide, we have the following:

I(-2/3, -1/3) is -2/3 units to the left of the origin and 1/3 units below it

So, we plot the graph
