Given the equation g(t)=4^t , what is the average rate of change from 0≤t≤2?

Answer:

g(0)=4^0 = 1

g(1) = 4^1 = 4

g(2) = 4^2 = 16

Average :

(1+4+16)/3

=(5+16)/3

=21/3

= 7

Take a sum, divide by 3 because the counted datas are 3.
