Answer: x=-4
Explanation: to find the X intercept you need to make y=0 which basically eliminates the 4y leaving you with 7x=-28 then you just divide both both sides by 7 which leaves you at x=-4

Answer x intercept is -4
Step by step
Substitute 0 for y and solve for x
7x + (4)(0) = -28
Divide both sides by 7 to solve for x
7/7 x = -28/7
x = -4
