The formula is a^2 + b^2 =c^2
So we know a is 2 and b is 6
So we set it up as 2^2 + 6^2 = c^2
2 squared is 4 and 6 squared is 36 so now the equation is 4+36=c^2
Add to get 40=c^2
Get square root
C=6.3245 and now you just round it unfortunately I forgot how to round
