Create a log of one day’s protein intake.

Note the type of proteins that you consumed.

Were they complete or incomplete?
Did you make use of complementarity in any of your meals?
How many total grams did you eat?
Notice how many grams of fat are in the protein source you eat. How many saturated fats? Are there any unsaturated fats?
How does that compare to standard nutritional needs?
Did journaling your protein intake create an awareness of deficiencies in protein consumption? Excesses?
Relate your intake to sound dietary practices. How does your daily intake compare? Can you do better? If so, how?

Type of protein intake-Incomplete or vegetarian protein

they were complete or not-they are plant protein , hence are not complete protein.

use of complementarity in meal- Yes dairy products with nuts completes the food.

total gram i ate- 38 grams of protein intake.

grams of fat in protein i ate-6.66 grams

saturated fat-4.2 grams

unsaturated fat- 2.4 grams

comparision with standard nutritional need-daily standard need of protein in healthy individual for men it should be 56gm\day and for women it should be 46gms\ day.It is slightly on lower side.

Monitoring our daily need of nutrition helps alot to get it better by introducing more nutrition rich sources in our diet.

we can increase the intake of legumes, nuts , dairy product & eggs in our diet.
