It's actually an enlargement of the figure.

Explanation:

Because if the figure originally was M' (-2,2), S' (4,2), V' (2, -2). And now the shape is M (-3, 3), S (6, 3), V ( 3, -3). This means that the Triangle got bigger.

The scale factor of the smaller shape inside of the bigger shape is 2 and the scale factor of the bigger shape is 3 making the bigger shape well bigger.
