Answer:

y=0

Explanation:

First solve by using slope formula

9-9

-2-15 = 0/-17 =0

The slope is 0

Now use point-slope formula

y- 9 = 0 (x-15)

y-9=0

y=0

Hope this helps! btw its correct

Answer:

y = 9

Explanation:

Equation of a line is y = mx + b

m = slope

Slope =
(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Let (15,9) be (x1,y1) and (-2,9) be (x2,y2)

Substitute.

(9-9)/(-2-15) = -(0)/(17)=0

y = 0*x + b

Substitute using real terms

9 = 0 * 15 + b

9 = b

Check

y = 0*x + b

9 = 0*-2 + 9

9 = 0 + 9

9 = 9

The answer is y = 9

Hope this helps :)

Have a great day!!
