Sasha is filling her pool up with water. *the shape is a rectangular prism* the length is 10, the width is 5 and the height is 4cm. I already know that the volume is 200.My question is, if 1.5^3 of water goes into the pool every minute, how many minutes would it take for the pool to be filled?

The pool has a shape of a rectangular prism with a length 10cm, a width 5cm, and a height 4cm.

The volume of the pool is equal to the product of the three dimensions:

You know that the pool is filled at a rate of 1.5 cubic centimeters per minute.

To determine how many minutes it will take to fill the pool, you have to divide the volume of the pool by the filling rate:


\begin{gathered} \text{time}=\frac{\text{volume}}{\text{rate}} \\ \text{time}=(200)/(1.5) \\ \text{time}=133.33\min \end{gathered}

It will take 133.33 minutes to fill the pool.
