In this problem we know that triangles RMN and QMF are similar so we know that this relation have be true so:

`(RM)/(QR)=(MN)/(NP)`

So we can find MN so:

`\begin{gathered} (4)/(9)=(MN)/(18) \\ MN=(18\cdot4)/(9) \\ MN=8 \end{gathered}`

So finali we can add MN with NP to find MP:
