To write the equation of a circle you need the coordinates of the center (h,k) and the radius (r):

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2

For the given circle:

Center: (3,5)

Radius (distance between center and circunference): 7 units

h= 3

k= 5

r= 7

Equation:

\begin{gathered} (x-3)^2+(y-5)^2=7^2 \\ \\ (x-3)^2+(y-5)^2=49 \end{gathered}
