A)5.4

1) Given those data, we can write out the following equation since we were told their total cost, the price of each album, and nothing about the price of each package of cardstocks

\begin{gathered} Rebecca:2a+p \\ Elliot:3a+2p \\ \\ 2a+p+3a+2p=91.20 \end{gathered}

2) Note that the price of one album has also been given so we can plug it into a $15:

\begin{gathered} 2\left(15\right)+p+3\left(15\right)+2p=91.20 \\ 30+p+45+2p=9 \\ 3p+75=91.2 \\ 3p+75-75=91.2-75 \\ 3p=16.2 \\ (3p)/(3)=(16.2)/(3) \\ p=5.4 \end{gathered}
