\begin{gathered} \angle A+\angle B+\angle C=180 \\ \angle B=180-\angle A-\angle C \\ \angle B=180-33-87 \\ \angle B=60 \end{gathered}

Now, using sine law:


\begin{gathered} (3)/(\sin(B))=(x)/(\sin (A)) \\ (3\cdot\sin (33))/(\sin (60))=x \\ x=1.89 \end{gathered}
